was an amazing surprise in the middle of the desert. The drive out of LA was less than stunning and then suddenly you hit the desert. And you are in one of the most amazing landscapes in the world.
Palm Springs is nestled at the base of an enormous and imposing mountain yet dispite being dwarfed by this Palm Springs itself is almost supersized in that American way with curbs over a foot high and super wide streets. I was left with the curious feeling of being a Liliputian in a Quentin Tarrentino dreamscape. Amazing light. Couldn't take enough photos.
